March 12 (Bloomberg) -- Confidence among U.S. consumers unexpectedly declined in March for a second month, a sign Americans are discouraged about the labor market. March 12 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Mark Barton reports on the possible nomination of Janet Yellen as vice chairman of the Federal Reserve. Yellen, who is currently president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, is President Barack Obama?s pick to replace outgoing vice chairman Donald Kohn, two people with knowledge of the selection process said. The nomination is pending completion of vetting by the Obama administration, one person said.
